Spartan Games, which announced their closure at the end of August, has been purchased by Warcradle Studios, the purveyors of Wild West Exodus.

Spartan Games issued an announcement Q&A update on it’s closure due to financial troubles and the fate securing pledges from it’s Kickstarters.
