Louise-leaves-games-workshop rogue hobbies sugdenAnother paint presenter is on the way out, as Louise Sugden has left Games Workshop to start Rogue Hobbies to create more content you love.

While Louise hadn’t been around for nearly as long as Peachy or Duncan, it’s still another name heading out on their own and leaving Games Workshop behind. Louise was a big part of Warhammer + as the host of the Masterclass, and now, you get to see the painting tricks and tips for free on YouTube!

Support your favorites and subscribe to these former Games Workshop Artists’ channels:

It also looks like there will be a Patreon, but that’s pretty normal for most painters now and a good way to connect with audiences more closely. The premier of the channel is set for the 9th, so make sure to click on the reminder.

According to Louise’s Twitter:

She’s been the host of the Warhammer+ Masterclass since August of 2021 and has been pretty much one of the prominent faces of that side of the platform, so this could be a pretty big blow to GW

Louise has a very distinctive style with amazingly detailed minis and vibrant colors, so if that sounds like something you want to paint, be sure to tune into the premier (well, other than the announcement video) on her channel!

Subscribe to Rogue Hobbies YouTube Channel & Patreon

Rogue HobbiesThis is from her YouTube page, and the premier is all ready to go! It will be a nice change for people who don’t want to pay for Warhamemr+ to still get her tips and tricks for painting.. Plus from the looks of it, her first mini might be one of her most famous Space Marine paint jobs!

Then, if you want to go a step further, you can even support her on Patreon

Rogue HobbiesHere’s what they have to say about the new Patreon:

I’m Louise and this is Rogue Hobbies, a hub for all people who (like me) love miniature painting and getting stuck into our favourite hobby.

If you like fun inspirational content, painting tutorials and unabashed enthusiasm for all things Warhammer, fantasy, sci fi, gaming and music then this is
the place for you!

You can find me over on YouTube making painting videos and if you like those then you won’t want to skip these tiers where you can get access to exclusive content ahead of time, be part of the Rogue Discord or even just say hello and thanks!

If you have any questions about my content, tiers, sponsors or you just want to send a nice message then feel free to hit me up!

Enjoy the ride, Rogues!

It looks like you can already see a couple of videos and tutorials on Patreon and will even have polls for what she paints next.  It looks to be shaping up to be a really fun platform to engage with Louise.
