1st Place: Tedd Williamson, Necron Army Lists
The ancient legions of the Necrons claimed victory at the MID-MO Maelstrom, proving once again that immortality, cold logic, and planet-shattering weaponry make a winning combination.
This list wasn’t about numbers or cheap tricks. It was a pantheon of godlike entities led by the galaxy’s most commanding corpse king.
At the center of the force stood The Silent King himself, Szarekh, Warlord of the Necron dynasties. Surrounded by his twin Triarchal Menhirs, he strode across the battlefield like a divine judge.
The C’tan Shard of the Nightbringer stalked nearby, his Gaze of Death snuffing out souls with the indifference of a cosmic reaper. The scythe he wielded carved through tanks, titans, and living matter alike. Beside him, the Void Dragon unleashed storms of electricity, his Spear of the Void Dragon tearing through armored columns as he drank in their energy to restore himself. Few things in the universe can call themselves gods. Fewer still can prove it quite so dramatically.
Two Transcendent C’tan added to the madness, their forms shifting and crackling with unimaginable power. Their seismic assaults tore through the battlefield, crushing the unworthy beneath the weight of cosmic force.
Backing this divine assembly were three Triarch Stalkers, each armed with devastating heat rays. They moved with mechanical precision, locking targets and ensuring that the gods’ wrath never missed its mark.
2nd Place: Kyle McCord, Dark Angels (Space Marines) Army Lists
