1st Place: Carlos Kaiser – Genestealer Cults Army Lists
Carlo’s Genestealer Cults list didn’t win by brute force. It won by showing up where no one expected, exploding half the enemy army, and then politely asking the rest to leave.
Leading the coup were a Biophagus (your friendly neighborhood gene-warping scientist), two Primus coordinating the chaos, and two Reductus Saboteurs who made sure things went boom before turn two.
The backbone? Five units of Acolyte Hybrids and three units of Neophyte Hybrids. Lots of bodies, lots of tools, and just enough firepower to ruin someone’s best-laid plans.
Two Goliath Trucks helped move the squishier stuff early and gave the enemy something else to shoot that wasn’t holding an objective or rigging an ambush.
On the move, three units of Achilles Ridgerunners and one unit of Atalan Jackals zipped around tagging threats and grabbing points.
For melee? A unit of Hybrid Metamorphs and some Purestrain Genestealers stepped in to tear up whatever got too close. If anything made the mistake of surviving the shooting, these were the claws waiting to clean up the mess.
