GW’s new Warhammer rumor engine preview has what looks like a bug or xenos arm, perhaps for a new Mantis-warrior style unit?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Rumor Engine Preview: December 16th, 2025
This new rumor engine looks like some sort of mantis arm. While it seems pretty clear, there’s actually a handful of very different possibilities, mainly Tyranids and Sylvaneth.
With that, there have been some super unique miniatures in the Sylvaneth line, and they dont get releases too often, so we are praying for it to be for them!
There are huge bugs and small bugs all over the faction’s roster, so there’s no telling what it could look like in the future.
Either way, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it will be cool to see the future mini!
