RUMORS: New Eldar Wraithknight Datasheet & 40k Rules

We’ve seen tons of rumors in the past month, but they are still flowing with these leaked Eldar Wraithknight stats and 40k rules.

If you want to see all the most recent leaks and which of them were confirmed so far, click here to check that out, There was talk in there about updated Wraithknights, so it’s good to see more leaks about what to expect.

These rumors come from two threads on Reddit here and here and these have pretty much everything about the giants. Let’s jump into the rumors but obviously, these are rumors, so take them with as much salt as you need.

A few thoughts right away, they are making it more survivable (which is obviously good), are making the guns much better (obviously good again), but taking away the triple attack on the Titanic Feet really makes them way worse.

We haven’t seen if it will still have Wraithbone Fists, let’s hope so otherwise, you will have to take the sword if you want it to do anything in combat. With -1 Damage, a possible 4++, and 22 Wounds, let’s hope this doesn’t get blown off the table too easily!

Other Wargear

Scattershield: The bearer has a 4+ invulnerable save.

Wargear Options

This model may replace its titanic ghostglaive with one of the following: 1 heavy wraithcannon; 1 suncannon.
This model’s scattershield can be replaced with 1 heavy wraithcannon.
This model can be equipped with up to 2 of the following: 1 Scatter laser; 1 Shuriken cannon; 1 Star Cannon.

Abilities

Strands of Fate {pg. 142]
Wraithbone Frame: Each time an attack is allocated to this model, subtract 1 from the Damage characteristic of that attack (to a minimum of 1).
Agile Construct: This model has a 5+ invulnerable save.
Unstoppable Revenant: This model is able to make a charge in a turn in which it Fell Back. Each time this unit makes a Normal move, Advances, or Falls Back, it can be moved horizontally through other models (excluding MONSTER and ??? (Keyword is too blurry to read)) as if they were not there.
Explodes: ??? (Can’t read clearly but seems pretty similar to the rule it has in the 8th edition codex).

But like with all of these leaks, we’re missing one huge and important element, the points! It’s very hard to judge everything without knowing the points, it could either be amazing or terrible.

Update: this blurry image Eldar Datasheet image was one of many recently spotted here that matches the rumors above exactly!
