This has been an exciting couple of years for the Warhammer hobby, and we’ve had some tremendous exclusive minis (from Warhammer World to Christmas minis) to make all the special occasions even better.
With the fast-growing pace of releases in Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40k, we’ve seen some pretty cool exclusive commemorative miniatures available both at specific events and in stores.
Here’s our list of all the exclusive Warhammer miniatures released since 2019, and where you can still find them.
Warhammer Exclusive Miniatures Since 2019
Everyone loves exclusive Warhammer miniatures from Games Workshop because getting them is an adventure and a fun way to see what the world has to offer! Here are most, if not all, of the last few years of exclusive releases, stretching back to 2019.
Where to Find Warhammer 40k Commemorative Series and Exclusive Miniatures
Tracking down these rare minis is half the adventure. For those not lucky enough to grab them directly for a limited time from a local Warhammer store or event, there’s always the secondary market. The scarcity of these models drives demand, and prices can skyrocket as soon as a model is no longer available directly from Games Workshop.
Most of these Games Workshop-exclusive Warhammer miniatures were usually hard to get ahold of (all over the world). So, if you have been thinking about it, you may want to grab one of these minis if you still see them available on shelves.
Fortunately, we still found most of these Warhammer commemorative series for sale on Amazon or eBay; however, who knows how long they will remain available?
Websites like Amazon and eBay are teeming with collectors offering these exclusive Warhammer miniatures for sale—often at a premium. But if free miniatures are your thing, you can also score a free one each month from Games Workshop as well.
How to Order Warhammer Exclusives:
Sometimes, though, the best strategy for buying Warhammer 40k miniatures and figures from stores is to get them in bundles and buy from stores like these that sell at 15% off or more.
You can also buy used or second-hand Warhammer 40k miniatures for even bigger savings!

2025 Miniature Lineup
Captain Centos: 500th Store Opening Celebration Mini
The new Space Marine Captain Centos isn’t just a copy-paste from 2016. This fresh take keeps that heroic stance, cloak flowing, bolter at the ready. Build him with a helmet or let him show off his scarred face, your choice.
He’s marching in as a Warhammer store exclusive for the big 500 store bash on August 9th, 2025.
Skaven Clawlord Kettek Throatbite: 2025 Event Exclusive Mini
Kettek Throatbite is everything you love about these sinister, backstabbing ratmen. Armed with a pair of razor-sharp weapons and proudly bearing the flag of Blight City, this Clawlord oozes character (and possibly warpstone fumes) for Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
The First of the Faithful: 2025 Event Exclusive Mini
Over in Warhammer 40,000, the Genestealer Cults are getting some love with the First of the Faithful. This Primus isn’t just another pretty model—he’s a tactical mastermind who can run circles around the Imperium’s best.
With multiple arms and a choice of head options (mask or no mask), this miniature combines style and flexibility. Whether you’re a fan of guerilla warfare tactics or just love a good cult uprising, this figure has you covered. His dynamic pose and eerie presence scream, “The Day of Ascension is nigh.”
Biosigns Terminated: 2025 Store Anniversary Mini
Biosigns Terminated is a miniature diorama that practically screams “welcome to the horrors of the 41st Millennium.” Featuring Genestealers—the galaxy’s apex predators—it captures the chilling aftermath of a bloody skirmish on a derelict Space Hulk.
Estenna of Brighthall: 2025 Store Anniversary Mini
On the other side of the fantasy-sci-fi divide, Estenna of Brighthall brings a dazzling dose of righteous fury to the Age of Sigmar lineup. As a Knight-Zephyros, Estenna is a deadly assassin serving Sigmar’s divine justice.
Her sleek Thunderstrike armor, adorned with celestial embellishments, and her arsenal of weapons make her a standout addition to your Stormcast Eternals army.
Why Commemorative Minis Matter
When it comes to Warhammer, there’s something undeniably special about the minis that carry the coveted “exclusive” tag. They’re not just another soldier for your tabletop battles; these are the models that tell a story.
Whether it’s a Warhammer World exclusive or part of the 40k commemorative series, these miniatures are like rare relics, prized possessions for collectors and hobbyists alike.
Exclusive Warhammer miniatures aren’t just about owning a figure, they’re about holding a piece of history in your hands. These limited-edition models are often released during major events, special anniversaries, or for Warhammer Day itself.
There’s a certain thrill to collecting these figures, whether they’re Warhammer World exclusives or part of the 40k commemorative series. It’s not just about filling up a display shelf; it’s about owning a piece of Warhammer history that others may only hear about.
Final Thoughts On Warhammer Miniature Exclusives
To wrap things up, if you’re into the thrill of the hunt, the Warhammer 40k Commemorative Series and Warhammer World Exclusives are your golden tickets to hobby adventure.
They’re the stuff of legends (and perhaps your tabletop victory plans). Whether you’re snatching them up fresh from a store or playing the long game on eBay, each model, like the Killaboss Zagnog, brings a bit of personality and flair to your collection.
